Tensor Image Registration Library v2.1
TIRL is a modular general-purpose image registration framework for Python 3 with prebaked routines for 2D-to-3D histology-to-MRI registration.

TIRL is currently considered to be in testing. Results should be interpreted with caution, and you should always look at the output. Your correspondence about any encountered issues is highly appreciated.
