Thalamic Connectivity Atlas -
Explanation
This connectivity atlas reports probability
of anatomical connection from points in the thalamus to each of 7
cortical zones defined here. These
probabilties are calculated using
probabilistic diffusion tractography in multiple subjects. They
are probabilities on the dominant connection from this location
and are defined as the fraction of subjects for whom this location has
a probability of greater than 0.25 of connection to each cortical mask
(hence should not sum to 1!). Coordinates which do not lie on the
original grid are interpolated with trilinear interpolation.
